Kristina Guerrero is no stranger to overcoming obstacles, and her resiliency has led her to become one of the most prominent entertainment hosts in the industry today. As correspondent and fill-in anchor for “E! News” on E! Entertainment, Guerrero has dazzled audiences with her charming on-air personality, making her one of the most well-known entertainment personalities in the business, along with the distinction of being the first Latina host of “E! News.”
The daughter of migrant workers, Guerrero spent much of her up-bringing moving from homeless shelter to domestic abuse shelters with her mother and four siblings. After graduating from USC, Guerrero broke into the industry by landing a position as co-host of “The Rub”, a relationship talk show, on SiTV network. She went on to become a guest correspondent for “Access Hollywood,” a position that saw her interviewing the likes of Jim Carrey and Kirk Douglas.
With her success today, Guerrero has not forgotten about her roots, and continues to volunteer for causes dear to her heart. Growing up, Guerrero’s family never owned a home until 2000 when Habitat for Humanity built a house for her mother and siblings. Today, Guerrero is extremely active with Habitat for Humanity and regularly volunteers for the cause.
